Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns, driving growth and performance for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns, including strategy, implementation, and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related tools for creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns.
- Meta Blue Print Certification a plus
- Ability to design and implement A/B tests for ads, creative elements, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta’s native analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, including knowledge of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing ad spend, including experience with large-scale budgets and understanding ROI/ROAS calculations.
- Up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads policies, algorithms, and best practices for different industries or verticals.
- Familiarity with pixels, tracking codes, and conversion tracking setup. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for troubleshooting issues related to ad rendering or website performance tracking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Collaboration with graphic designers, content creators, and data analysts may be required.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining attention to detail in tracking and optimizing ads.
- Experience in creating detailed reports on campaign performance, including actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies, using tools such as Google Data Studio or Excel.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in Meta algorithms, ad formats, and new advertising features while maintaining successful campaign performance.
- Familiarity with other social media ad platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and how they integrate with Meta Ads for cross-channel campaigns may be advantageous.
