Job Description:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Develop a content calendar and ensure timely posting of social media content, including creating and uploading posts, stories, and videos.
- Monitor and manage a team of customer support executives in executing their roles.
- Manage social media contests and giveaways, including selecting winners and fulfilling prizes.
- Write content for all brand creatives and collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing social media graphics and videos.
- Coordinate all photoshoots
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
- Engage with social media influencers and advocate to promote the brand and increase engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, updates, and algorithm changes on social media platforms and integrate them into the company’s social media strategy.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and build brand awareness through social media partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
- Experience: Social media marketing – 1 year (Preferred)
- Total work: 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Digital marketing (Preferred)
