Job Overview:
As a Meta and Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. This is an in-office role requiring a strong focus on ROI and measurable results. You will collaborate with our creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure ad campaigns align with client objectives and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics.
- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers to create engaging visuals.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to achieve KPIs.
- A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and placements to improve results.
- Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports to clients and the team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and changes in Meta advertising.
- Work closely with account managers and other teams to align campaigns with client goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving results and delivering ROI-focused campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging ad visuals and copywriting.
